This new class will introduce the beautiful Yang Style 24 Short Form – one of the most widely practiced Tai Chi forms around the world as well as the 8-Brocade Qigong Set (also known as the 8 Pieces of Brocade or 8 Jewels).

The Chen Style Tai Chi 18 Beginner Form is a beautiful entryway into Chen Style in general since it teaches the basic stances, transitions and principles that appear in more advanced forms as well.
It is also an excellent addition for any Yang Style practitioner, external martial artist or practitioners coming from other styles of Tai Chi or martial arts to experience Tai Chi from another perspective and to deepen understanding, skills & techniques of their Tai Chi practice through principles found only in Chen Style Tai Chi – the founding style of Tai Chi.
